Marlow's new look Liston Court Gardens will be hosting the Marlow Spring Festival this Easter weekend. Taking place from 11 am until 4 pm on Saturday 30th March, the free-to-attend, one-day seasonal eggstravaganza will feature an artisan Easter gift market, live music, crafting, face painting, an Easter egg hunt and even the opportunity to meet the Easter bunny.
Featuring more than ten boutique stalls from local producers, there will be artisan chocolatiers and gifts galore, with offers that will be sure to put a spring in visitor's steps. Family entertainment will be in full flow, with a regular programme of live music from distinguished guitarist, Steph Willis, and talented duo Soulcem, who'll be filling the air with some melodious classics.
The Easter Bunny will be making regular public appearances throughout the day, offering out some tasty treats and posing for spring selfies with all his fans. An eggs-citing Easter egg hunt will also be taking place within the gardens, allowing youngsters to search for seasonal goodies, plus a face painter who'll be sketching out spring-like designs – both activities are only £2 per child.
What's more, an Easter Trail will also be taking place across the Easter holidays, from Friday 29th March to Sunday 14th April, with Easter goodies up for grabs to everyone who completes the trail. Simply collect a Trail Map from Marlow Toys and follow the map to search for the seasonal clues located in numerous Marlow retailer windows. All entries will also be added to a special prize draw, with one lucky winner receiving an Easter Bundle worth over £75.
Managing director of Sorbon Estates, Katherine Croom, said: "We are delighted to host the first Marlow Spring Festival at the new-look Liston Court Gardens this Easter and look forward to welcoming the local community for a day of seasonal fun."
