Celebrate World Gin Day with Cotswolds Dry Gin At Chotto Matte, Soho

Cotswolds Distillery has partnered with the inspirational Soho bar, Chotto Matte, to create a special cocktail, the Cotswolds Vesper Martini, to celebrate World Gin Day, Saturday 10th June.

This indulgent Vesper Martini is made using award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin, expertly created by the mixologists at Chotto Matte, using premium ingredients from around the world. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy this special martini, available all week on the special cocktail menu from 9th June until 16th June at Chotto Matte, Soho, London.

The Cotswolds Vesper Martini will be available for £12 at Chotto Matte and has been specially created in partnership with Cotswolds Distillery using ingredients from around the world.

The lovingly-crafted Cotswolds Dry Gin is a delectable blend of nine carefully-considered botanicals, including local lavender from the Cotswolds and freshly-peeled pink grapefruit and lime zest. Due to the unusually high volume of botanicals used, this juniper-led gin with fresh citrusy notes and a hint of lavender causes a beautiful pearlescent cloud to appear when ice or tonic is added, which is reflected in the Vesper Martini at Chotto Matte.
