Christmas is around the corner, so get into the festive spirit with these gin and whisky cocktails from Cotswolds Distillery. To make a Cotswolds single malt whisky Wintertime Love cocktail, dissolve 60ml of the whisky and 10ml of maple syrup in a cocktail jar or glass. Add ice and stir continuously for dilution. Add the bitters, and more ice and stir a few more times. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and express orange peel around the glass. Garnish with the orange peel.

To make a Cotswolds Cloudy Christmas G&T, fill a large glass with ice, pour in 50ml of Cotswolds Cloudy Christmas Gin popped with Indian Tonic Water and watch the cloud appear! Garnish with a slice of orange or star anise.

To make a Wildflower No2 Winter Spritz, pour 50ml of Cotswolds No2 Wildflower Gin into a large coupe glass over ice, slap the mint and add it to the glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a lemon spiral and a sprig of mint.
